Shipping Information
Our shipping fee depends on where your item is stocked, not its weight.
- Delivery within Guatemala: a flat fee of Q40 (Guatemalan quetzales).
- Local pickup: free.
- Ships internationally from Guatemala: a flat shipping fee of Q160 (Guatemalan quetzales). We cover any additional shipping cost.
- Ships from U.S. stock to a U.S. address: free shipping.
For items shipped from Guatemala to the United States, the estimated shipping time is 10–15 days. Once the shipment arrives in the United States, we will send you a USPS tracking number.
We are not liable for any importation Taxes in your country upon receiving the item.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases:
Shopping online is not always that easy, if for some reason you receive an item that you are not satisfied with you have 2 days to notify us and request a return. I will provide you with a shipping address to return the item, that fee is not refundable. We will be happy to provide you a refund for your item as credit for any other time in the store. We can also provide gift certificates. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
In Store Purchases:
If you are unsatisfied with item you we will trade in the item for a new or different item only if item is in acceptable un-used condition. Condition will be determined by inspection at the store where purchased. We can also offer exchanges and or gift certificates for the same amount purchased.
