Shipping Policy

Our shipping fees depend on where your order ships from—not its weight.

Free shipping from U.S. stock
Orders fulfilled from our Denver inventory and delivered within the United States receive free shipping.

Flat-rate shipping from Guatemala
Orders shipped internationally from our Guatemala inventory have a flat shipping fee of Q160 (Guatemalan quetzales), regardless of weight. We absorb the remaining shipping cost.

Local delivery within Guatemala
Orders delivered within Guatemala have a flat delivery fee of Q40 (Guatemalan quetzales). Local pickup is free.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you pay.

Estimated shipping time
For shipments from Guatemala to the United States, the estimated shipping time is 10–15 days. This is an estimate, and customs or carrier delays may affect arrival.

Once your Guatemala shipment reaches the United States, we will provide a USPS tracking number.

Import duties and taxes
Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from the shipping fee.
